A customer may complain against a Partner assigned through the customer’s recorded MakanVastu.com enquiry for fraud, payment issues, misconduct, privacy misuse, unsafe conduct, material quality/scope failure, no-show or other documented concerns.
Submission causes temporary suspension of the Partner’s access to new leads while the complaint is reviewed. This is a protective measure, not a presumption of guilt or final finding.
The customer should provide dates, messages, quotations, invoices, payment references and other lawful evidence. The Partner receives an opportunity to respond. MakanVastu.com may contact both parties, preserve audit records and seek external verification. Criminal or immediate safety matters should also be reported directly to police/emergency or other competent authorities.
Outcomes may include rejection, warning, restoration, corrective action, refund/settlement recommendation, badge downgrade, extended suspension, permanent blocking or reporting to authorities. Permanent blocking is applied after a substantiated finding or other independently established serious compliance breach.
Knowingly false, malicious, fabricated or extortionate complaints may result in customer-account restriction and legal action. Partners must not threaten or retaliate against complainants.
A Partner may appeal through the grievance channel with the complaint code and supporting evidence. An appeal does not automatically restore lead access. Mandatory statutory rights and external remedies remain available.
